Khipu is a cluster dedicated to high performance computing, part of the Centro de Investigación para la Computación Sostenible (COMPSUST) and the Department of Computer Science (CS) of Universidad de Ingeniería y Tecnología (UTEC).
Sustainable Computing
Khipu consists of a collection of distributed servers, called nodes. Each node is connected through a high-speed interconnect.
Khipu is used for computation in research projects seeking scientific and community development.
